Being the capital of New Jersey, Trenton has a lot going for it. This makes a visit to the city one of the best things to do in New Jersey for its history and compact downtown area. 
Finally, to fill up, stop by Tuckers Tavern. Their craft beers and fish tacos are so tasty; you’ll leave stuffed! 
Oh, and you kinda have to stop off at Manco & Manco Pizza that’s right on the boardwalk, too. It’s been around since the 1950s and has the best Sicilian pizzas ever.
