REASON FOR TRAVEL INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: In response to COVID-19

Anguilla

- A valid Anguilla Visa (depending on your nationality)
- A completed “Application for Entry” before departure and then present the “Electronic Travel Authorization Certificate” upon arrival
- A negative COVID-19 PCR test result that has been taken at most 5 days before arrival

- A valid Aruba Visa (depending on your nationality)
- A completed Health Assessment form (travel authorization must be presented at time of check-in)
- A negative COVID-19 molecular test based on a nasal swab taken at most 72 hours before departure (tests accepted are: HDA, NAAT, NEAR, RT-LAMP, RT-PCR and TMA)
- Tests must be presented upon arrival or uploaded at most 12 hours before departure.

- A valid Costa Rica Visa (depending on your nationality)
- A “Pase de Salud” form must be completed before the departure of the flight to Costa Rica (this will generate a QR code which must be presented upon arrival)
- Passengers must arrive at San Jose (SJO) or Liberia (LIR)

- A printed negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before arrival
- A completed “Declaracion de Sanidad del Viajero” must be presented upon arrival
