There is just so much to be thankful for if we only recognize it all.

Mindfulness is the practice of being in a relaxed state of mind and present at the moment without any judgment.
- Write Thank-You Notes: Thank you notes for no particular reason is a great way to remind those we love that they are appreciated. While we regularly write thank you notes around holidays and gifts, a simple thank you note to a person you love will boost their day and yours in the process.
