Once you’ve had your fill of food, you’ll have to find the space for dessert. The wall of desserts is prepared to perfection by Executive Pastry Chef Olivier Rodriguez. There are the classics: tiramisu, carrot cake, chocolate mousse, crème brulee and strawberry tarts.
Once you’ve consumed your day’s worth of calories, feel free to stroll around the Biltmore’s lush grounds – head upstairs to the stunning lobby and step outside onto the terrace to enjoy the view over the courtyard and the golf course.

We partnered with the Biltmore Hotel for this article. All opinions are my own.

As a Miami native, I’m no stranger to the Biltmore Hotel, a lavish and historic property situated in the heart of Coral Gables. Most locals have dined at one of its world-class restaurants, teed off on its championship golf course, or attended a private event in one of the gorgeous ballrooms.
But it’s the Biltmore Sunday brunch, so you know I can’t skip out on the extras like the herb crusted roast leg of lamb at the carving station, freshly tossed ravioli with basil and pine nut pesto at the pasta station, and all the brunch time classics at the breakfast station: Eggs Benedict, Belgian waffles, French toast, apple wood smoked bacon, frittatas and pancakes.
This isn’t your ordinary brunch – you can sample everything you like (as much as you like). The highlight for me is always the lobster and oysters on a half shell. Just eyeing all the different foods is a feast for the senses!
Of all its wonderful services, there’s one in particular that I recommend to everyone who visits from out of town – the Sunday brunch.

Hands down, the Biltmore has the best Champagne Brunch in Miami. If you want to experience it for yourself, here’s some information:

The brunch is served buffet style, with several stations around the courtyard. My favorite stations are chilled seafood items – shrimp cocktail, ceviche, smoked Scottish salmon, sushi, sashimi, shelled oysters, Alaskan king crab legs and an assortment of caviar and roe with blini and toasts.

But there’s also an assortment of Nutella pops, flan, chocolate lava bites, panna cotta cups, cream puffs, passion fruit mousse and an impressive flowing chocolate fountain for coating everything from marshmallows to fresh fruit in rich milk chocolate
At the very least, they’ve seen the Biltmore’s signature Moorish Giralda tower peering through the canopies of Coral Gables.
Rated the #1 brunch in South Florida, the Biltmore Sunday brunch is the best Champagne brunch in Miami considering the charming courtyard setting, impeccable service and extravagant food selection. If the weather is pleasant, I suggest reserving a table out on the courtyard, but if it’s too warm there’s plenty of seating in the dining room of the Palme d’Or restaurant.
The live guitar melodies and trickling fountain make guests feel relaxed and at home. And if that weren’t enough to unwind you, there’s always the bottomless Champagne, Bellinis and mimosas included with your meal. Drink a great champagne! Here are many more ideas for champagne.

  • You have to reserve ahead of time. Call 305-913-3200 to book your table.
  • The brunch is from 10 am to 4 pm (last seating is at 2 pm)
  • Prices are $90 plus tax and gratuity (per person) and $45.00 for children (ages 5-11)
  • Dress up. You don’t have to get decked out, but it’s a fancy brunch so definitely leave the sneakers and t-shirts at home.
  • Kids are welcome! I came with my wife and one-year-old daughter. They had a high chair readily available for us and a lady who makes balloon animals came by our table.
  • Come hungry! You’re paying for the experience, so go all in!
