Then you get to use a BB gun to pop the balloons, allowing the paint to splatter on the canvas.
This experience was a lot of fun, and it really felt like we were creating a beautiful piece of art on our own.
First up, the Shooting and Spinning class takes about 45 minutes to complete. The class starts with filling water balloons with your selected colors and then hanging those colors up over the canvas.

Next, we headed to the Fluid Art room, another 45-minute experience. Our instructor walked us through creating these stunning art pieces from acrylic paint, silicone, and a blow torch.
When all the balloons popped, the instructor spun the canvas to create a unique piece of art for us.

Shot of Art LA is a unique art studio experience that just launched in Downtown Los Angeles. Amie and I visited the studio and took two art classes, Shooting and Spinning, and Fluid Art. After about 2 hours, our time at Shot of Art was done, and our paintings were left to dry for four days before they could be picked up.

When it was time to start our class with our instructor, we were guided through selecting our paint colors before being ushered into our room where we could create the art.
We arrived about 15 minutes before our scheduled class and were able to check in, sign the waivers, and take photos in the fun lobby.
