25. Start a “Rainy Day” Fund

Whether you’re catching up on some ZZZs or getting a quick recharge for the latter part of the day, napping for 10 to 30 minutes in the early afternoon can benefit your overall health and performance. Plus, it’s something you won’t be able to do too often with a newborn.

It is up to you how much you’d want to save up for your rainy day fund. Some people are comfortable with having 0 for their fund, while others may require up to 00 (or more). Set aside a few hours and assess any possible expenses that might pop up in the coming months to know how much you’d want to save up.
